ELCLC

By the end of this month, the ELCLC will have moved to their new facility at 441 Main St. in Leesburg, Suite 301.

 

Remember, the Education Specialists will also be located in that facility. They can still be reached at the Coalition phone number, 435-0566.

 

The provider Resource Room will also be at that location.

 

Call before you go to the new building to be sure when it is actually open and functioning. Until then, they will be in their usual location at 1501 South Street.

CCCS

 

This month will be the start of a year of new calendars for our website, our parents and providers. The format will be changed as it will no longer encompass the Education component of

celebratory days

with lesson plan

suggestions since our Education staff is no longer a part of  the day to day

operation of CCCS.

 

CCCS will now solely concentrate on  payment to providers, signing up new providers,

certifying the

eligibility of parents to receive the

subsidized funds and CCR&R and

behavior referrals.

 

The calendar will now note days documents are due in our offices, when checks will be mailed out and notification of trainings and new

resources.

Lenea Carnes, VPK Coordinator, is out of the office for the next 6 weeks.

Little premie Will came home July 1st. He is now weighing 5 lbs and is a

little fighter. Congratulations to Lenea & Chris who now don’t sleep much.
